  • -Half of a baguette
  • -A quarter of a cucumber
  • -Half a carrot
  • -A dash of white vinegar
  • -A white onion
  • -A tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • -2 to 3 slices of pork lacquered
  • -A red pepper (optional) to add flavor
  • -2 tablespoons of chopped coriander


Chop the coriander cut the cucumber into thin slices, grate the carrot and chop or grate the onion (optional).
In bread, spread lightly with mayonnaise, then place all ingredients (carrot, cucumber, onion, glazed pork, chili ...)
