Melon pan recipe
Prep Time: 35 minutes Cook time: 15 minutes Yield: 2 dozen
Nutrition facts: 200 calories, 25 grams fat

Ingredients:


  • -300 grams of flour
  • -A packet of yeast
  • -80 grams of sugar
  • -a pinch of salt
  • -20 grams of butter
  • -200 ml of hot water
  • -1 pressed lemon
  • -3 spoons of melon syrup


Instructions:


In a bowl add the flour, salt and sugar. Add yeast and mix.
Heat water and add slowly to the mixture in your bowl.
Cool a few minutes, then knead the dough by hand. You can add at this stage again
a little flour. Finally add the 20 grams of melted butter, and spoons to melon syrup and mix again
If you love chocolate, you can rejouter one or two nuts. (Optional)
Let your dough rest for an hour, then pour this into a buttered tray.
After fifteen minutes - twenty minutes in the oven bread your melon is ready

You can eat melon bread hot or cold as desired.
