Ingrédients:


  • - 3 potatoes
  • - 1/2 onion
  • - 1 egg
  • -a pinch of salt
  • -a pinch of black peppet
  • -a drizzle of olive oil

Instructions:


First, we must peel and grate the potatoes.
Then cut the onion into small pieces and mix the pieces with
potatoes, while adding an egg to the mixture.
Pour into the pan with olive oil and do not forget
to add salt and black pepper.
Cook the potatoes until they are slightly
brown.
